The Frimley Fuel Allotments (FFA) Charity is asking for volunteers for a litter sweep of the Fuel Allotments on Saturday 16th May between 10 o'clock and noon. This will allow the trustees not having to spend money to employ 'professional' litter pickers but spend the money on worthy charitable causes. The FFA Charity has donated to the MFG&D Society’s Mytchett Community Centre garden project so we are encouraging our residents to help out.

The meeting place is at the far side of the car park of the Pine Ridge Golf Club, Old Bisley road, once there you will be given a map of the area to be covered. The two hours passes quickly and can be quite fun.

The FFA Charity trustees will provide sack and gloves but as as they take their duty of care very seriously - it is preferable for you to bring your own 'heavy duty' gloves and wear strong footwear (not sandals). We also advise you not to pick up any sharp objects such as broken glass but report the site of the objects to one of the trustees.
