Annual General Meeting - 17th April 2015

This year instead of talk at the beginning of AGM, we will be having a question and answer session after the tea break with the candidates for the Surrey Heath parliamentary seat. If you wish to ask a question please leave your name at the door on arrival. If we run out of questions we will throw it open to the floor. See the Notice below for a list of the candidates.

Parking for the AGM will be at the MITIE/south east water/dynamco facility on the opposite side of Sturt road to St. Andrew's church and will be available from 7.00pm onwards.

If you would like to save us knocking on your door, or collecting money at the public meetings every year, please print out the standing order form from the MFG&D Website, fill it in and send it to your bank. You can also deliver your subs to one of the committee members whose address (bold) is given below in the Agenda under the Election of Committee section.
