Annual General Meeting - 8th August 2022

This is the first AGM for over 3 years that we have had because of Covid. As usual it will be held in St. Andrew's Church Hall starting a little bit earlier at 7.00pm. We have a fascinating speaker this year, Colin Wilson, author of the Blackwater Valley Nature Talks. He will be talking about nature walks in the Blackwater Valley and at the end of the AGM you can buy copies of his book.

After the tea break we will have our AGM, followed by the introduction of our local Councillors and the usual question time with them along with the Police and other local officials.

Parking for the AGM will be at the back of the St. Andrews's Church and in Frimley Lodge Park.

All people living in the area of Mytchett, Frimley Green and Deepcut are welcome but if your membership is not up to date or you do not wish to become a member, the price of admission is £5 per household.

If you would like to save us collecting the membership subs at general meetings every year, please print out the standing order form from the MFG&D Website, fill it in and send it to your bank. You can also deliver your subs to one of the committee members whose address (bold) is given below in the Agenda under the Election of Committee section.
