Annual General Meeting - 24th April 2026

The 2026 AGM is planning on having a hustings (question and answer session)) with candidates for the Frimley Green and Mytchett/Deepcut Ward of the new West Surrey Unitary Council. This will take place after the main business of the AGM and the 15 minute tea break. The Meeting starts at 7.30pm.

People who wish to ask a question should get a question form at the door on arrival. The question form will only consist of the name of the person and the question they wish to ask. Question forms will be collected at the tea break. If we run out of questions, we will throw it open to the floor.

Parking for the AGM will be at the back of the St. Andrews's Church and in Frimley Lodge Park.

All people living in the area of Mytchett, Frimley Green and Deepcut are welcome but if your membership is not up to date or you do not wish to become a member, the price of admission is £5 per household.

If you would like to save us collecting the membership subs at general meetings every year, please print out the standing order form from the MFG&D Website, fill it in and send it to your bank. You can also deliver your subs to one of the committee members whose address (bold) is given below in the Agenda under the Election of Committee section.
